I had meant to post that account in the admin section as a bug, but when I went back to find it again, I couldn't (I'm guessing because you changed it). Either way, it's definitely not supposed to be possible to have an account with no main domain. @Krydos: Can you look at what happened here? I suspect there's a bug in the registration process if nothing else...domain changes fail all the time from load, but what about not having one to start with?

I need to delete my account and create a new?

Krydos Posted October 22, 2017 Posted October 22, 2017 Your main domain should now be czm134.heliohost.org as it was when your account was created, and I created chenzhiming.ml as an addon domain. Everything looks good in the system right now, but time will tell if it works. It could take up to 24 hours to start working since you're on Johnny, but I'll keep an eye on this since I was so slow to get it fixed. Sorry for the delay.

Krydos Posted October 24, 2017 Posted October 24, 2017 It's no bother. When an addon domain fails to create on Johnny 95% of the time it's because that subdomain wasn't created.

Upon closer inspection you actually needed to create the subdomain czm123.chenzhiming.ml on the directory /home/czm134/public_html/czm123.top/. I was just guessing when I suggested the subdomain before. Like before czm123.top should now show up on your addon domains page, and should start working within 24 hours.
