I'm confused that when I view my website - chenzhiming.ml, the page is not show correct html that I have worked, but shows that "Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.". I am sure that I have cleaned up the cache of browser, so I need your help. Thank you!

The reason you're seeing the queued page is probably because you haven't set your nameservers correctly. The proper settings is ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

We recommend using our nameservers to get the domain working in the first place, and then you can copy the working settings to another dns. Most commonly this is cloudflare that people switch to, but it applies to any dns transfer. The main reason is there are certain initial checks that cpanel does to verify that you own the domain you're trying to add. Also we are unable to directly control other dns servers other than our own so it makes troubleshooting nearly impossible.

I am sorry for bother you. I change the dns into ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, and maybe it works, I clean up the cache of browser, but the page still shows that "account queued"

ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org

I've checked it a few different times with a few different services and that's not what I see

https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dns%3achenzhiming.ml&run=toolpage#

https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=chenzhiming.ml&rec=NS

yes,I have changed dns into another few hours ago for the page still showed account queued after I changed dns into your nameservers.

Alright, now that the nameservers are set I can try to fix it for you. Since you're on Johnny it will take some time.

Sorry, my last post was at 10pm and then I needed to go to bed, and I was really busy yesterday. I'm checking it out now.

Well, this entire problem appears to be because you changed your main domain from czm134.heliohost.org and Johnny broke halfway through. Are you sure you wouldn't rather add this new domain as a parked domain or an addon domain? It'd be a lot less work for me.
