Luigi123 Posted September 23, 2017 Posted September 23, 2017 Hello,I don't know why I have the mobile page from this forum when I go on my PC. I need your help.
Krydos Posted September 23, 2017 Posted September 23, 2017 Have you cleared your browser cache, and deleted your helionet cookies?
Luigi123 Posted September 23, 2017 Author Posted September 23, 2017 I did clear my browser cache, but I don't know how to delete the Helionet cookies.
Krydos Posted September 23, 2017 Posted September 23, 2017 You use firefox right? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored#w_delete-cookies-for-a-single-site
Krydos Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 What happens if you use chrome or edge or something?
wolstech Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 How is the computer connected to the internet? Is it though a mobile hotspot? Also, does the board still appear in mobile view if you log out?
Krydos Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 It looks like another person who was having this issue https://opencarnage.net/index.php?/topic/2997-is-there-a-way-to-permanently-disable-the-mobile-theme/&do=findComment&comment=44112 solved it by installing this addon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/phony/ which allows you to spoof your browser user-agent. If helionet is giving you a mobile page because it thinks your user-agent is a mobile browser this should fix it.
nyten Posted September 24, 2017 Posted September 24, 2017 (edited) does it appear only when you are logged in? then i know this issue. when it happened to me, i searched in forums and found that i had to add a code to the url to reset it. Edited September 24, 2017 by gvrp
