jskotch Posted September 13, 2017 Share Posted September 13, 2017 Hi, I read the post about the lightning strike and I think the issues I'm seeing may be related.Starting today, I'm not able to login to cPanel, and the 2 domains I manage are throwing errors: Gateway TimeoutServer error - server 65.19.143.6 is unreachable at this moment.Please retry the request or contact your administrator. Problem 1: I get Invalid login on the sign-in screen and the password change is timing out.Problem 2: The gateway timeout errorsI manage 2 separate accounts, and I have the same problems on both.UN: jskotchDomain: jsteinerkotch.com UN: clchazDomain: clchazleton.org I was about to create a backup so I'm REALLY hoping the data is still there.
