Try these settings:

 

host: johnny.heliohost.org

port: 1373

protocol: SFTP

logon type: normal

user: digitalw

password: <same as cPanel password>

It's okay, It was pretty an emergency this website so I buy a domain name

and I buy a hosting with someone else, thanks.
