Warning: Graphic violence + Terrorism propaganda

Dear HelioHost

We write to you concerning a website to which you are providing hosting services at 65.19.143.6

As part of the Counter Terrorism Command of the United Kingdom, the Counter Terrorism Internet Referral Unit (CTIRU) works in cooperation with industry and private sector companies globally to remove illegal online content that breaches the UK’s terrorism provisions.

Online content that is illegal under UK law may be described as material that encourages, promotes or glorifies terrorist acts or which otherwise incites or assists others to participate in such acts. The types of content most often removed usually breach Sections 57 or 58 Terrorism Act 2000 or Sections 1 or 2 Terrorism Act 2006.

www.shoof.Tk – the website displays a catalogue of videos produced by the proscribed terrorist group known as Islamic State, also often referred to as ISIS.

It would appear that the website is created by ISIS members. Some of the video content features graphic violence, whilst others are produced as terrorist propaganda in order to encourage support for the terrorist group.

Please review against your terms and conditions and take appropriate action.

Yours sincerely,

CTIRU (UK)
