Quarp1 Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 (edited) I just installed an SSL certificate from Let's Encrypt, it shows the certificate installed (for my domain name seen on the main page of cpanel), but my domain name when accessed as URL still slashes out https:// and shows not secure. Is there another step to get the website secure? Or is there a mistake that was made? Account is quarp. Edited September 1, 2017 by Quarp1
wolstech Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 The main domain on that account shows as secure for me. Try clearing your cache, or try another browser. Moved to customer service. 1

Thanks for the check, I see it's working now too. Edited September 1, 2017 by Quarp1
Krydos Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 Since you picked the Johnny server it can take up to 24 hours for a new ssl cerificate to start working. On the Tommy server ssl certificates begin working within seconds. Plus Tommy has AutoSSL that installs a free SSL certificate for you automatically.
