The Cpanel Said "your Ip Has Been Blocked!"

1. I can't open the cPanel to upload new war file but it said "Your IP has been blocked!"

Could you fix it?

 

2. Is there any Tomcat Deployment Manager(Tomcat Web Application Deployment) on the website?

for example :

I think, If You support the Tomcat Manager, You could decrease your workload

Yes. To deploy a .war put it in /home/username/filename.war, and make a post stating your username, server, and the filename.

Jenkins can theoretically run here (see Krydos' link), but I don't know why you'd want to run it here.

 

We don't offer shell access, and you'll probably still need another server to actually process jobs / compile the code for the software you're developing.
