[Hh#20259] Remote Connect To Postgresql

Hello,

I tried to connect to database, which i created via cPanel, but it is shows

Error, when i connect to db via pgAdmin

 

Unable to connect to server:

 

FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "89.176.161.237", user "otodusek_test",

database "otodusek_narok2017", SSL off

 

How can i enable the access for all my databases?

 

My ip: 89.176.161.237 and 213.19.45.166
