first i want to thank you for your effort and the service you provide for as

 

recently (12h ago) i refrechd my web site and it said

 

If the control panel of a HelioHost-hosted website is not accessed for a period of one month, the account is declared abandoned and is temporarily deactivated.

If you are the webmaster of the site, you can visit the following link to reactivate your account:

 

and last time i used this accont was last day and i can't renew it by the link provided

 

can you give me a hand plz

This happened to someone else yesterday too. Inactivity pages have been popping up on accounts that aren't inactive

 

Escalating so it can be fixed.

You jus need to wait. Krydos is the one who needs to look at this. I tried manually unsuspending you (even though you weren't suspended), but it didn't help.

Apparently fixing autossl broke our suspend/unsuspend system. It's fixed now.

Make sure you're logging in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ to be sure your logins are counted.
