HelioHost Posted August 6, 2017 Posted August 6, 2017 Hello,Just before I created an alias for domain "wminecraftita.tk", but shortly after cPanel crashed with error 500, when I was able to re-enter, I did not find the alias associated with my account.I tried adding it again but it says it is already absent in Apache configurations. Krydos Posted August 7, 2017 Posted August 7, 2017 This happens sometimes on Johnny. Since Johnny is an experimental server that means he experiences high load a lot more than our production servers. If you're adding a domain during high load it can error out like that and the domain can get half created.<br /><br />I fixed the domain for you, and you should now be able to see it on the alias page of cpanel. It should start working within 24 hours.
