Notes: However i can login into CPanel and my account page.. but when i go to my URL it says suspended domain.

Also, that domain works properly for me. It's a DNS issue with your computer, network, or your ISP.

Your computer, if you're running windows, might have the IP of your old host still cached. Open a command prompt and type

ipconfig /flushdns
