[Solved] Addon Domain Issues

I'm trying to add a addon domain to my account and it's still showing the setting up cgi page. The domain isn't showing in my addon domains list but the subdomain I made for it is showing up in the subdomain list. My helio subdomain is already activated. Is this normal or what's up?

I see your account is on Johnny. Since Johnny is our experimental server he can frequently experience high load. During periods of high load domain creation can sometimes get broken resulting in partially set up domains. If you let me know the addon domain you're referring to I can take a look.

Can you also fix the ip for arcweb.heliohost.org. I need http://64.62.211.131/ to be the same as arcweb.heliohost.org

That can't be done since we're a shared host. You'd need to purchase a dedicated ip from us if you want an ip that will point to your site.
