[Solved] Heliohost Ip Blocked

Hello,

I have tried to log into cpanel ( cpanel.russstudios.tk ) but it says my IP has been blocked. I am currently at school (sixth form) and so I do not think the IP is dynamic. For some reason I can not go onto my blog from my school's IP either ( josephruss.tk/A2Blog) but I can on my phone.

 

Please can an admin unblock it? The IP address is 92.43.70.158

It was blocked for too many failed web page logins. Do you have a restricted folder that requires a password (entering the password for such a folder incorrectly too many times is typically what gets you this block)?

It's also possible someone else at your school has a HelioHost account and they got the IP blocked, not you.

Cheers both of you I did password protect one of my websites while i finished building it but i didn't put the password wrong so not sure what the problem is.

 

It is possible it is a network problem though. When I have tried to log into cloudflare sometimes it doesn't let me from school, though I suspect it is a cookie problem too.

 

Cheers for unblocking me anyway, I don't go back for 6 weeks but I will need to access the server when making my media websites as well as a student union one
