HelioHost Posted July 17, 2017 Posted July 17, 2017 Hello, I have an account on the server "Johnny" and I am trying to access FTP butI can't. I am using FileZilla for Mac and when I connect, it logs in finebut gets stuck at "Retrieving directory listing", it will try again andthen disconnect. I tried making a new FTP account to use, and I tried theFTP file, but neither worked. My domain is craftology.heliohost.org if that helps. Thank you.
