[Solved] Can't Access Main Domain And 1 Addon Domain

Hi,

 

I can't access my main domain http://allera.heliohost.org neither one of my addon domain segurodeautognp.com however I can access another addon domain on that same account h2o3.mx

Domain: http://allera.heliohost.org

User: alexrym

 

DNS for segurodeautognp.com are correctly pointed to:

 

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

Try your main domain now.

 

As for the addon domain, I don't have the ability to modify them. Try removing it, waiting 10 minutes, then re-adding it to force the records to recreate.

Thank you, I can see allera.heliohost.org is up, well, suppose it's proppagating, because this site tells me its ok http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/allera.heliohost.org even though I can't access yet.

 

As for the other addon domain, will try your advice, and get back to you for the result.

I've tried to reset the nameservers for my domain three times with no avail. It seems than your nameservers are refusing connections.

Guys, same thing is happening to another domain I own with another registrar. Seems your nameservers are still refusing connections somehow ¿?.

 

It has been like 50 hours ago that I changed the nameservers.

What happens when you try to add that domain to cpanel?

It says domain not pointing to this server... & something like, "if you want to create it edit your /etc/ips.remotedns" which i do (since h2o3.mx && segurodeautognp.com).

 

cPanel creates the folder beneath public_html but not the addon domain
