Change E-Mail And Username

Hey, can I change my heliohost email and username?

If I don't wrong, I can't change my username, at least I delete my account and create a new one. But for e-mail? Will change it from helionet forum will change it directly with my heliohost account. Thanks.

The forum email address can be changed by you, and the email for your hosting account can be changed in cPanel (it's at the bottom under Contact Info).

 

I can change the forum username for you if you wish.

 

You cannot change the username of a hosting account without deleting the account and recreating it (the domain can be changed, just not the cPanel username).

I still don't understand about email on cPanel, I don't get it. Is it in "Contact Information"?

If yes, I already changed that, but I can't login with that e-mail. Or it maybe only for alerts and etc XD.
