The steps to deploying a java website are listed on the wiki http://wiki.helionet.org/Java_Servlet

1] Request java on your account.

2] Wait for java to be enabled.

3] Upload .war file to home directory like /home/username/file.war

4] Create customer service post requesting deployment.

An admin will then deploy the .war file for you and provide you with a link. You do not need the tomcat username or password for any of the above.

To change your .war after it's deployed just upload the new file to your home directory and create a new deploy request.
