[Hh#32895] Can't Add Addon Domain

Hi,

 

Earlier I tried adding the domain emptypromises.org to my account on Johnny

(username: kodachrm). However, the process timed-out and said it couldn't

finish adding the domain, and the domain wasn't listed in my list of

addons. When I tried again, cPanel said there was already an entry for

emptypromises.org in Apache's config. I also noticed cPanel created a DNS

zone for the domain too.

 

Is there any way you can remove cPanel configuration info related to

emptypromises.org, so I can properly add the domain to my Addon Domains?

The domain http://emptypromises.org/ is already correctly configured and added to your account, and it's not even queued. Since Johnny is our experimental server there tends to be more bugs like the cpanel process timing out, and the domain not showing up under addon domains. If you don't want to deal with bugs like this we highly recommend switching to our production server Tommy.
