Hello

 

I tried to access my backup from the Ricky server, however, it does not appear to be available. Could you please check this for me? I believe my account had been suspended prior to the crash (I raised a support ticket regarding this issue too).

There's something wrong with the way they were imported. I can't see any Ricky backups in the backend either (the links all point to missing files). Your username isn't even on the list.

Thanks for your reply. Would you happen to have any additional information on which part of the site was sending this spam? I think it might have been an old Opencart installation which I was using to test order status changes, but I'm not sure. If you could provide any information so I can prevent getting suspended in the future, that would be great.
