[Hh#61090] Cannot Login To Account

Hi Support Team,

 

I am Edward Rajah and I was trying to set up a website for a colleague of

mine with your servers. I used the RICKY server and it appears to be down.

Thus, I would like to know what I can do get back online.

 

I initially reset my password twice or so thinking it was a network issue

or typo, but nothing working. It was only then I noticed that RICKY has

been crossed on the footer of your webpage.

 

I look forward to hearing from the team or someone.
