hello,

I tried both Ricky and johny server and both servers SMTP are not

working. what seems to be going on.

is it that the SMTP of both server is not working or suppose to work?

please reply me as my business depends on this.

I just tested SMTP on Ricky and it's working for me. Here are the settings that should work for you:

 

email: user@yourdomain.heliohost.org

 

imap: ricky.heliohost.org

imap user: user@yourdomain.heliohost.org

port: 993

password: <passwordforthataccount>

 

smtp: ricky.heliohost.org

smtp user: user@yourdomain.heliohost.org

port: 465

password: <passwordforthataccount>

Which software are you using with this settings(smtp)?

I tried it on AMS and it didnt work.

Please, tell me the client application you use.
