New Account On Ricky

Hello, I was told that my account on Ricky was created and I could log in. I was able to log in and view the available tools on "https://www.heliohost.org/login/" However, when I click "Continue to cPanel" I am continually getting "This site can’t be reached ricky.heliohost.org took too long to respond" with an error "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" I've tried reloading the page, I've tried reentering my login information, but I keep getting the same error page. This is unexpected from a production server. What am I doing wrong?

This is an old HelioNet account. My HelioHost account is fldstn.

@Krydos: Is there something on our website that could do this? I just tried it and the "Continue to cPanel" took forever (though it did eventually work, I was fully expecting it to time out...). Once I got in, cP seems to work normally.

@fsps: Does https://ricky.heliohost.org:2083/ work to get into cPanel or does that time out too?

@Krydos: I'm totally floored, but it works on my cell phone (with wifi turned off). Is it a cache issue? I just tried the "classic login" from heliohost.org and it failed.

@wolstech: That link failed in my browser still.

I just tested logging in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ and it took about .5 seconds to log in.

I restarted the firewall on Ricky and restarted cpanel. Is anything working any better for anyone now?

This is starting to sound like I just have a slow internet connection, which I already knew. Maybe there's a setting that will allow my home computer to wait longer before timing out the connection. Thank you both for your help troubleshooting!!!
