HelioHost Posted May 22, 2017 Posted May 22, 2017 Hello,My hosting account in HelioHost is lsu. I have configured two add-on domains - ashvasan.org and smritinandan.org. The domain names are registered with GoDaddy.com and the nameservers are directed to HelioHost servers.I have configured one email each for the two domains - info@ashvasan.org and info@smritinandan.org. I am able to send and receive emails using the webmail option. However, after configuring Outlook, I am only able to receive but unable to send emails for both accounts. What could be wrong here? I don't see any issue in the configurations.Thank YouPrasad
Krydos Posted May 22, 2017 Posted May 22, 2017 It sounds like you might have the pop3/imap settings correct, but the smtp incorrect. For smtp use ricky.heliohost.org, port 465, info@domain for the username, and the password for that account. Let us know if you are still unable to send emails with those settings.
