There is no such fields as "Service:" and "Protocol:" in the cPanel. Krydos Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Here's an example of a SRV record _sip._tcp.example.com. 3600 IN SRV 10 60 5060 bigbox.example.com. The fields in cpanel would line up like this Name=_sip._tcp.example.com. TTL=3600 Priority=10 Weight=60 Port=5060 Target=bigbox.example.com. If you tell us the SRV record that you're trying to create we can help you put the correct info in the correct boxes. I suspect protocol in my example would be _tcp part of the name field for example.
