bdistler Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 IF your account was suspended for [ System Resources ] AND/OR [ Terms of Service ] - Admins will need to unsuspend your account - if that can be done you should try the [ Renew Account ] on the [ Account Suspended ] page IF your account was suspended for inactivity - because you did not logged into your account for more than 30 days at [ https://heliohost.org/ ] you can reactivate your account at [ https://www.heliohost.org/renew/ ] to prevent this from happening - you must login to your account at [ https://heliohost.org/ ] - with no more than 30 days after your last login if you have any issues post them here so the Admins can look into it If you are still seeing the "Account Suspended" page - after reactivating your account - clear your browser's cache and history - close browser - reopen browser - then check your site again ###
wolstech Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 You're suspended for having 10 accounts. You're only allowed one. Which account do you want to keep?
ragua070 Posted May 4, 2017 Author Posted May 4, 2017 My company has just 6 accounts, it's not from the same person, but it's the same company, so we have a pattern. We're testing some things here then some of us are creating these accounts. On Helios's terms didn't have anything about that. But ok, if you allow us to reactivate only one account we want this one, named "ragua070" from this post, thanks for the support.

bdistler Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 It's surprising that you missed one line when there are only ten total.- it might be - he (OP) was looking at this link --> [ https://www.heliohost.org/h-terms.html ]
ragua070 Posted May 4, 2017 Author Posted May 4, 2017 What are you testing? Our terms are pretty simple. http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms It's surprising that you missed one line when there are only ten total. You didn't receive permission in writing prior to creating 386 or so domains. You're more than welcome to have more than one account for your company if you explain first why you need more than one account. We're testing a system based on redirect people from these sub domains to our site. So we're creating a lot of sub domains to get some statistics. And about the terms, we thought we could create more accounts with the same IP or same machine using different e-mails, because there are different people using same computer and the same net to create the sub domains to this test.About the permission to create the domains, is that really necessary ? or the permission is to create different accounts based on my ip or something like that ? this is not clear to me. May I create some domains with the same account? is that a problem ? I didn't see anything about it, just about accounts. Thanks for the support again!
Krydos Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Sometimes a class of students uses our server to do their web programming type homework, and they have to do the same thing: let us know in advance that they need to create 30 or whatever accounts all at once from one place. Why do you need more than one account when you can have unlimited domains from a single account?
ragua070 Posted May 5, 2017 Author Posted May 5, 2017 Because here we are in six people doing the same thing for our tests, so each one were using his own account to create these domains. But we all don't need to work on the same thing, we can separate here just two or three people to do it, obviously if you allow us to do it.I don't know how many accounts you can see that were created here, but it should be just six, and if you allow us to use just these three accounts that I've posted here would be really good for us. BTW, is there any problem about create a lot of domains here ? Thanks for the supporting.
Krydos Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 The whole thing is rather bizarre. Maybe if you explained why you needed 386+ domains.
ragua070 Posted May 8, 2017 Author Posted May 8, 2017 our researches and tests are about the SEO system, so we need some domains to make our things, my boss didn't explain how he intend to do that, he just told me that he needs all these domains to do his research, so I don't know exactly what he want to do inside of it.
