If you think your website is down you can always check http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/http://promotingall.heliohost.org/ You can try resetting your password here https://www.heliohost.org/reset/ and if that doesn't work you can also try resetting your password at https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/resetpass?start=1 If neither of those options work let us know and we can try manually resetting your password for you.

Krydos Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 Yes, you were blocked because you used the wrong password too many times. Can you login now? Just try once. If you try too many times it will just block you again.

Krydos Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 You need an organized, detailed solution on how to not log in with the wrong password? Maybe I'm not understanding you exactly, but just log in with the correct password? If it says invalid password don't just keep randomly guessing. Also a problem that a lot of people run into is they save a password in a mail client or ftp client, etc and then when they change their password the mail/ftp keeps trying to log in with the wrong password because they didn't update it, and that gets them locked out. Here are the instructions for connecting to SFTP with Filezilla: -Open Filezilla -Click File >> Site Manager -Click New Site -Type "Johnny SFTP" and press enter -In Host field type "johnny.heliohost.org" -In Port field type "1373" -In Protocol dropdown select "SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol" -In Logon Type dropdown select "Normal" -In User field type your cPanel username -In Password field type your cPanel password -Click Connect -Approve the remote server key, and check the box to not ask you about this server again.

You already uploaded the Divi.zip file to your themes directory.
