johnyz Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 a. HelioHost username johnyzb. the server your account is on Tommyc. your HelioHost main domain johnyz.heliohost.org Hi - some extra information - before I was suspended on both occasions I tried to backup my homepage and both times it caused Google Chrome to hang. I wonder if this was the cause? My original posting from about 30 minutes ago: Thank you for removing the suspension but I've been suspended again. I'm not sure what is causing a 'high server load' assuming that's the reason again. I'd greatly appreciate any help with what's causing this. All the homepage / script does is to use php curl to call the only other page on my Heliohost site. The other page simply echo's a couple of words. I did this to figure out how to use curl but it was only once or twice. Could this cause a high server load? If not I don't understand what not to do to avoid this happening again. I'm not using a database or anything else that I can think of that'd cause this. If you could remover the suspension I'll stop using curl in that way. I will also password protect the site in case it's getting large numbers of bot hits. Thanks in advance for your help RegardsJohn
wolstech Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 That account cannot be unsuspended. I'll escalate this for you to find out why since it doesn't list a reason. I've seen the "Do not unsuspend." reason have many different causes.
Krydos Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 That red block of downtime at about 1500 UTC is all you http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/archive/?2017-03-17 The first time you got suspended it was the exact same thing. This is a shared host so when you crash the server everyone's site goes down, not just yours.
johnyz Posted March 19, 2017 Author Posted March 19, 2017 Would it be possible for a backup to be emailed to me so that I can try to find out the cause and not do the some on another host?
