samueleb Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 Hi, I have this problem, I forgot my HelioHost password, I tried to recover it but at the "set new password" page, I couldn't press submit button: it was disabled. The password respect all the suggestion (10 characters, mixed combination of upper/lower case - symbols)How can I reset my password if I can't press the submit button? Thank you
wolstech Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 Does the new password contain your username by chance? Also, try resetting it using the Reset Password option here: Tommy: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/, Johnny: https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/
samueleb Posted March 16, 2017 Author Posted March 16, 2017 No, it doesn't contain my user. I tried to reset pw from both of them (from cPanel Johnny and from Helio site), no one worked. So I tried to manually enable the submit button in the html code of Helio page and this worked, but I don't now how. Now I can login. Thank you
wolstech Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 Glad you got it working, but you really shouldn't need to force our code to work...it sounds like a bug in the Javascript on our site. Escalating so it can be looked at.
Krydos Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Yes, there was a bug in the javascript. It should be fixed now. Thanks for pointing it out.
