I cannot find any record that your account ever existed. Do you know what server it was on? Also, I would recommend you change that password if you used it anywhere else. Emails sent to support@heliohost.org are automatically posted on a forum that is viewable by the public, so your password was posted on a public forum for 20 minutes until I removed it.
