[Answered] Can Not Alias Domain

when i add an alias to my domain, the below error accurd:

 

There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(xxxx.com) failed: (XID j4k75c) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

 

i can not log in whm, and i don't know why.

Set the nameservers of the domain to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and try adding the domain again.

I added the ns record of my domanin, point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org,

but it also not works.

can any one help me?

A correct domain looks like: http://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=raxsoft.com&rec=NS
