HelioHost Posted February 9, 2017 Posted February 9, 2017 Hi there,I am trying to get my site back up with no luck. I have downloaded my back up file, but can't seem to login to Heliohost. When I try to unsuspend my account, there is no record of the account (see below), but somehow there is a record of the backup. i don't want to have to reset the pointers from godaddy etc, and create a new account. You'll need to create a new account on Tommy if you wish to continue using that domain. You can signup at https://www.heliohost.org/signup/ Tommy signups reset at midnight UTC and fill in a few minutes. You can also make a donation of any amount https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ to get a special Tommy invite that can be used even if signups are full for the day.
