wolstech Posted January 18, 2017 Share Posted January 18, 2017 Did you renew it with the script Krydos linked? It won't work until you do. Also, what link are you using to log in? There are a few ways to log in that don't count. https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ and http://heliohost.org/ are the preferred ways of logging in to make sure it counts. phono Posted January 18, 2017 Author Share Posted January 18, 2017 Now that I reactivated with the provided Krydos link my account is activated but I do not know why it got flagged as inactive as I have been login in very often even I requested a full backup from the cpanel on the 11th of January. Probably I was login in from a different kind of login link, I will bookmark those login links then. Thanks for the quick response and great hosting! A quick rule of thumb is if you log in on a page that ends with .html such as https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/index.html your login won't be counted because .html files can't update our database. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
