Krydos Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 According to translate.google.com you said: "Hello!. The user account "node3100" was deleted due to inactivity or violation of a standard ???. It seems that it was deleted on January 10, 2016. Can you answer my question or should I do it in the forum ?. Greetings, Pablo" I'm not seeing an account with the username node3100 in our system. What was the domain on that account? EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out by scrolling down a little further. It looks like google translate tried to translate your username. Anyways, your account was on Johnny which is currently offline. See the news post http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25786-johnny-backups/ and others regarding Johnny. The latest news is that we have an admin flying to California in early February to work on our servers. We should be able to get Johnny running again after that. In the meantime we recommend creating an account on Tommy to get your site back online.

HelioHost Posted January 22, 2017 Author Posted January 22, 2017 Yes, I saw your answer. Thank you!. Just that every time I want to create an account on a server, the creation is always closed, regardless of the UTC time. Thanks for everything. We've been working to increase the number of new accounts we can create each day, and signups have been lasting up to 120 seconds now.
