heliomem Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 When I try to open my website, the return message is "DNS address could not be found". How it mean by that?
wolstech Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 Did you add it to your account yet? It needs to be added as either an alias (if you want to show the same content as a main domain) or addon domain (to show different content)? I've noticed that on Tommy, domains simply don't resolve at all until they're added to an account (I added one yesterday, it did the same thing until I added it).
Krydos Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 It looks like the domain dt22.net was hosted on Stevie. Please see http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26726-stevie-didnt-boot/ and http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26915-hard-drive-failed/ etc. We recommend creating an account on Tommy and transferring your latest backup over to get your website back online. Let us know if you need any help.
