Domain Installation Error

Hello, I got invite link to create on tommy, but I was unable to use my domain when registering for reasons unknown to me, so I used a subdomain from heliohost. But I want to use my domaininstead of a subdomain e.g, as a standalone not as a subdomain in my account.

 

Username: itech

Domain:nifomat.com

 

Please re-create my account with my domain or do something about it. Please.

You're only allowed one account, so you should delete your Johnny account first. After that's done, add the domain as a parked domain on your Tommy account.

 

You can delete the Johnny account through our website (log into http://heliohost.org/?_=new, using your Johnny login information, click delete account), or using the old script at http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete

The system prevents people from adding domains if the domain already belongs to another account. Deleting your Johnny account will allow you to add the domain to your Tommy account.
