[Solved] About Stevie Backup

Hi..

I am Hamza
I have an account in Stevie server

and when i try to get a backup of my data at https://heliohost.org/backup/

it says
"No Backup, I cannot find a backup for hamza and *my email*@gmail.com. You could try again, or open a ticket to see if an admin can manually create a backup for you."

and i really need a backup of "mysql" database

so what can i do ?

The account hamza wasn't backed up because it does not exist. Are you sure that's the username?

isn't it the username which i always log in into cpanel with ?

Yes it should be your cpanel username. There are several usernames that start with hamza, but they all have something after them. There is no user I can find just called hamza though.

 

What was your domain and part of your email address (don't post the whole thing)?

my domain was hamza-ku.heliohost.org
and my account email was sni******7@gmail.com

No account exists with any of the above. I'll escalate this for you, but I have a feeling it may have been deleted.

There was an account with the username hamza on Johnny, but that account didn't have any mysql databases. Are you sure of your username?

I used to login at "stevie.heliohost.org:2082" with "hamza" username

and i can tell you whole account details !

As far as I can tell there has never been an account named hamza on Stevie. There was definitely one named hamza on Johnny though. There are also a dozen or so accounts that start with hamza- like wolstech already said.
