[Solved] Quota Increase

Could you please increase my quota to 1G as I need more space in order to run two sites, thanks in advance,

HelioHost main domain : duas.heliohost.org

We recently offered everybody an increase to 1GB if they verified their email address. You should be able to get this increase yourself by signing into our website here:https://heliohost.org/?_=new

 

After that, select the option to validate your email address. Once you complete the verification, it should automatically give the increase. If it does not, or you don't see the option to verify, let me know and I'll escalate it for you.

Thanks for your quick response. I tried login to https://heliohost.org/?_=new but didn't get the option to verify my email address. Earlier when I sign in for new account I got the verification email which i used to verified my email as shown. Please do whatever you think is better to increase my quota, thanks.

I have verified e-mail address and I didn't recieve additional 500 MB of disk space. Do I need to wait some time?

 

Looks like I needed to wait 5 minutes.

If you created the account through the new system, it should've given you that to start with I think. The method I listed was for existing accounts or ones created through the classic site.
