wolstech Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Byron Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 Did you set your default email address? http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/cpsess3090765416/frontend/x3/mail/def.html
fimweb2 Posted October 25, 2016 Author Posted October 25, 2016 Yes, was set up as the same address, don@foreverinmemory.co.uk
Byron Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 What webmail are you using to send emails to don@foreverinmemory.co.uk
fimweb2 Posted October 25, 2016 Author Posted October 25, 2016 I tried Hotmail, Mail.com, Yahoo, then set up another email address with my domain, "test@foreverinmemory.co.uk" to try to send am email to the original address using all the cpanel webmails, squirrelmail, roundcube, and hoarde. On each occasion, sent folders show mail has been sent, but doesn't arrive in inbox.
Byron Posted October 25, 2016 Posted October 25, 2016 I have to ask this, so did you check your junk mail?Did you get those emails I sent.
fimweb2 Posted October 26, 2016 Author Posted October 26, 2016 No I didn't get any emails you sent. I did check the junk mail – that was the first thing I did. The only folder that isn't empty is the sent folder. It shows all the emails sent out including the @mail-tester.com ones, but alas, nothing in my inbox or junk mail folder.
fimweb2 Posted October 26, 2016 Author Posted October 26, 2016 I am now. Thank you so much. Much appreciated. Don
Krydos Posted October 26, 2016 Posted October 26, 2016 Great! For future reference you had a filter set up that was redirecting all incoming emails to /dev/null (which means deleting them basically.)
fimweb2 Posted October 26, 2016 Author Posted October 26, 2016 Don't know how that happened. But thanks again.
