Hi there,

 

I seem to be barred from entering my Heliohost Account, as my former

Password (-------) no longer appears to work.

 

I would appreciate some help with resetting my Password.

 

I believe that at a certain point my Account was associated with the E-Mail

Address '-----------'; however, this no longer appears to be

the case.

 

*My User-ID is: *smartgrl

 

Could anyone kindly assist me with assigning a New E-Mail Address /

Password to my Account?

Yes; it seems that I've been able to Log-In on the Classic version of your

Site and have been able to successfully update my Information. (~ @

approximately 1:46 am EST)

 

I'd been unable to Log-In on the Newly Revamped Heliohost Site with my Old

Log-In Details.
