You can read the details of the crash in our news post http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25786-johnny-backups/ As it says in the news post we recommend using FTP to log in to your account and make a backup of your data, next create a Stevie account, and restore your backup on to your new account. Let us know if you need any help with switching servers.
