Guest Marko30 Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 You don't need to enter cPanel for resetting password. Please go to stevie.heliohost.org:2082, click on Reset password, enter your HelioHost username and click on Reset password button.

Please read the news post http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25786-johnny-backups/ As it says in the news post we recommend logging in to your account with FTP and downloading your files. Then you can create an account on Stevie and restore your backups.
