Ad5001 Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Hello dear HelioHost staff/HelioNet community. I came here to request, since Johnny's down, a deleting request and, if possible, a moving request for my account to Stevie.I have tried the account deletion tool but it looks like it does not work and saying that the password is wrong even if it's right. I have seen some threads here saying that the staff must do it manually, and I would ask you if it's possible to be deleted/moved. Informations about my account:Username: ad5001Domain: mc-pe.ga. Please tell me if you need any other informations Regards,Ad5001
wolstech Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Your databases have been saved to your home directory as .sql files. Your database backups and other files can be retrieved via FTP from Johnny: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/25786-johnny-backups/ If you need a domain removed, please download your data first, then let us know what domains you need removed from your Johnny account so we can get them deleted for you.

wolstech Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 We've already had one MyISAM database that failed to backup due to a single crashed table that was repairable, so it's possible it's still there... Escalating so Krydos can take a second look.
Ad5001 Posted September 24, 2016 Author Posted September 24, 2016 What is the name of the database(s)?ad5001_accounter and ad5001_test
Krydos Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 Ok, those databases should be in your home directory now.
