django2 Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 Hello, I've tried to login, but keep getting the message "sorry, but we coulnd't find that username in our database".Thought it could've been more than a month since my last login. But renewal doesn't work either.. Hope you can help me!Username: django
wolstech Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 The account django does not exist. Either it was deleted by user request, or it was inactive long enough that it expired and deleted itself to make room for other users.
django2 Posted September 8, 2016 Author Posted September 8, 2016 Wow that is really strange... I'm pretty sure my last login was early August and I didn't get a notice to reactivate my account. It couldn't just delete itself right? Is there any way to retreive my data?
django2 Posted September 8, 2016 Author Posted September 8, 2016 Ok to be honest, I'm having a small panic attack right now..I always make sure it does not go inactive. When it does, I immediately renew my account. So could someone please tell me what happened here and how to fix it?I just can't accept that is has been deleted just like that.
wolstech Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Krydos Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 Your account is still there. We lost about four months of our account database during the hardware failure on Charlie. Yours was probably included in that. I have recreated your database entry and you should be able to log in now. It looks like your last login was July 29th so I updated that to today's date so you won't have to reactivate your account too. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
django2 Posted September 9, 2016 Author Posted September 9, 2016 Phew.. what a relief!!Thanks for your quick reply and fixing it!
