When do you think it will be restored? I also saw on facebook that some users create and transfer their web sites to new account, for example, Stevie. Johnny's hardware failed, so until we can physically see it to diagnose it, we don't even know if its repairable. What should I put in the setting for root ditectory?If you're using your main FTP account that came premade then your FTP root is/ = /home1/annakuz/ /public_html/ = /home1/annakuz/public_html/ The reason you're getting an error is because you're telling your FTP client to go to /home1/annakuz/public_html/home1/annakuz/ which doesn't exist.
