DmC Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 It seems that email tracking is not accessible on cpanel. Please have a look on the attachment. Thank you
wolstech Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 Looks like the DB user the tool uses disappeared when Stevie's mysql acted up. Krydos needs to recreate the user. Also, I've never used the tool myself, so I'm not even sure the tracking is enabled. We turned off a lot of the stats and logging for performance reasons.
Krydos Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 I wasn't able to reproduce your error message. The email trace I ran worked successfully, but based on your error wolstech is probably right. I dropped the eximstats mysql user and recreated it. Are you still getting that error? If so can you describe in detail the steps to reproduce it?

Can't reproduce it anymore.
