unglued Posted March 27, 2016 Posted March 27, 2016 Hello, Whenever I try to sign up for HelioHost, I get this error: We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later. Looking on the forums, it seems one reason for this error is that only one account is allowed per user. However, I don't have an account yet. It seems you could be tracking users by IP, but I live in a country where many users share the same IP address. Is there a way I could still sign up for an account? Thank you!
