I just paid for the dedicated IP address and below is the transaction details.My account is qubati,Paypal transaction No.: 5YJ08496FR2195246 What is the next step? do I change my account type (i.e. Stevie SSL) or it is just an implementation to the certificate? Thank you
wolstech Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Krydos must grant you the dedicated IP address first. After that is done, you will need to install your certificate in cPanel. I'll escalate this for you so the dedicated IP can be set up on your account
