[Solved] Suspended: Duanew

Here's the data:

Problem: When I try to view the page the autoresponder says account suspended. However, the account is active and I can log in to CPanel and edit the pages. Needless to say, I am confused. Would you please look in to this?

Your account is half-suspended and I can't get it to work for some reason. Normally suspending and unsuspending fixes it, but it didn't this time...
