incog Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 I'm failing to access CPanel and FTP for some reason, while http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com) says that stevie.heliohost.org:2082 is up. My FTP client says that connection has timed out. I've recently started using CloudFlare and I'm having lots of problems with it now. For example, https://www.brute.tk/ works fine, but if I click the "Download" button, everything goes nuts (I believe I must edit this page to make it work). Can CloudFlare cause these CPanel and FTP issues? What should I do to fix them?
wolstech Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 Cloudflare breaks a bunch of stuff if set up incorrectly, but cpanel shouldn't affected regardless of cloudflare. Seeing that FTP is also broken, I wonder if the firewall blocked you. Your site should keep showing through cloudflare even when you're blocked (assuming you have the caching enabled), so odds are that's why you see a broken version of the site. Can you sign in using the form at heliohost.org? If not, i'll have someone check the firewall and unblock you if needed.

Can you sign in using the form at heliohost.org? If not, your network or firewall probably blocks port 2082...try this link to use port 80 instead: http://cpanel.stevie.heliohost.org/ Unfortunately, I still can't log into CPanel even after purging my browser's cache and using port 80. What's odd here is that yesterday everything was working fine, including CloudFlare and FTP. Today I'm unable to use FTP due to connection timeout and decided to try CPanel's file editor, but stevie.heliohost.org:2082 just doesn't load saying that the browser failed to connect to the server because it's not responding. BTW, I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with accessing port 2082 since I've been doing this for months and nothing has changed since then.
wolstech Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 You're blocked...moving to customer service. An admin will need to unblock you.
Byron Posted December 27, 2015 Posted December 27, 2015 The reason your ip (188.123.252.212) was blocked: FTP 205 connections - Thu Dec 24 04:39:16 2015 Ok your unblocked now.
incog Posted December 29, 2015 Author Posted December 29, 2015 Thanks a lot, everything is working fine now
